Shipping
Our goal is to get your Outdoor Wise Living gear to you as quickly as we can. Orders typically ship within two business days of receipt through USPS. Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment to the email contact provided with the order.
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50 and charge a flat $20 fee for shipments to Canada. We hope to offer additional international shipping options in the future - stay tuned!
Returns
Gear not working out? We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items returned must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for a refund. A copy of your order number should be included with your return.
Exchanges
Looking for a different size or decided to go with another style? Items shipped back within 30 days of purchase are eligible for one free exchange of a like item (same price). After the first exchange, the item is considered a return and subject to a $10 handling fee.
